This is an ugly quick draft of an watering can, Im also considering hand-drawing it or make it more abstract in illustrator. For my guerilla advertising I thinking about an oversized pink watering can…. with a special functions…. maybe in combination with a small grass path or dirt… hmmm… working progress…

I’m happy with my tagline and so is Nate, for now anyway. But I have to change my image, I’ve started to think about images that would compliment my tagline. I’m thinking about pink watering can, a rose button…. or maybe combining the two…. Ahhh what to do????

New directionMy new tagline is Blossom into you. My idea is to show the development process. At the moment my tagline and image is saying the same thing. Ahhh don’t know what to do????? This is the direction I want to go. I wanna have more contrast in the composition???

Mock -ups ads

My new tagline is

-All about you

This is the the tone and feel Im trying to achieve. For guerilla marketing, Im thinking about displaying oversized butterfly cocoons near school environments.

Im working on the persona, not done yet but I know my the target audience by hart, after the insanely research we had to produce for lissas class. Im working on a butterfly concept, caterpillar -cocoon - butterfly. It is about development, and that with right support you can become a strong and confident individual (beautiful butterfly)

Change

I’ve decided to change my target audience for my advertising campaign. In the beginning I thought it would be more beneficial to target the parents of my primary target audience. But after extensive research for my organisation. I have realised that the girls I’m trying to reach are the ones that not communicate with their parents. So now I’m working on a new persona for my campaign. A confused teenage girl. This change was necessary because i felt limited with my design and message. Now everything feels a lot more clear.

My target audience for my campaign is the parents of my organisations  target audience (girls between 12-25). So my message to the parents of the young girls are:  we will help her grow safe and strong- flicka centre…. something like that…

new idea for my campaign

I’ve a new idea for my campaign, it came to me as I was walking to school the other day (monday),  I saw this beautiful butterfly resting on a big pink flower. Its moment like this, you hate yourself for forgetting your camera at home, why oh why? But anyway, the scene gave me an idea for my campaign. An idea of a big butterfly cocoon, were a young confident girl is escaping from. I started to think about tumbelina- the fairy tale character that was born from a flower.

I’ve neglected my blog, at least I can blame it on that I don’t have Internet at home. I’ll get my act together and do better. But it doesn’t mean that I don’t think about my project, because I do all the time. I want my campaign to say something in the line of: I know who I’m. Because the over all message is resilience, to make the girls strong, confident and healthy individuals. I want to do something with the human body, type and art…. body art in some kind of way. But how can I make it suitable for my organisation and my message???

Our idea for bondi blond was to make a “blond moment” into something positive, cool and above all something SMART! We are going for a scene based campaign with photos. We really aiming to make it fun and a bit of a blond cliché…. Enjoy the ugly art work…. is was illustrated after some heavy beer dirking to get into to the mood…
